Your feedback helps us do better.
Compliments, suggestions and complaints are all welcome. Speaking up will never affect the services you receive.
How we handle complaints
Our process is fair, confidential and focused on making things right.
Tell us
Contact us in any way that suits you: in person, by phone, email, letter or the form below. You can stay anonymous.
We acknowledge
We'll acknowledge your complaint within two business days and explain what happens next.
We investigate
We'll listen to everyone involved, keep you updated and aim to resolve things within 21 days.
We make it right
We'll share the outcome, any actions taken, and use what we learn to improve.
You can have support. A family member, friend, advocate or interpreter can help you make a complaint or speak on your behalf. Our free advocacy service can also help, or we can connect you with an independent advocate.
If someone is at risk of harm, call Triple Zero (000) first. Abuse or neglect of a person with disability can also be reported to the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline on 1800 880 052.
Not satisfied with our response?
You can contact an independent body at any time, even without talking to us first.
Thank you for your feedback.
If you've asked us to contact you, we'll be in touch within two business days.
